Our company has offices in two locations: West Los Angeles and Long Beach. Each office serves the immediately surrounding markets of Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Though our company is under the umbrella of the national banner of Coldwell Banker Commercial, we primarily serve a clientele local to Southern California.
In each office we have specialists who can either focus on geography and/or product type (office, retail, investment, industrial, multi-family, medical, etc.). Likewise we have agents who may also specialize in leasing or sales. Some agents are multi-disciplined and take on assignments unique to specific client needs.
Our company retains a complement of junior, mid-level, and senior agents…and is always attempting to identify new, qualified additions to our ranks. Our preference is for recruiting seasoned professionals; however, if someone new to the business can demonstrate key strengths of prior experience and education, certainly every effort would be made to consider such dedicated applicants. It is typical for our agents to have completed their baccalaureate studies, or the equivalent.
Mostly, what we seek in our hiring practices are individuals who stand out from the rest, possess unique personal and professional traits, recognize the degree of commitment required for commission rewarded agent pursuits, and have the stamina to always put the client first in the brokerage representation profession.
